This privacy policy describes how Justin Barrett (“we,” “us,” or “I”) handles information in connection with SMS messaging services associated with the phone number registered to Justin Barrett under Twilio's A2P 10DLC program.

Scope

This SMS service is operated as a personal AI assistant for the sole use of the account owner (Justin Barrett). The service is not offered to the general public. The only recipient of messages from this number is the account owner.

Information Collected

In the course of operating this personal SMS service, the following information is processed:

  • Mobile phone numbers used to send or receive messages
  • Message content sent to and from the assistant
  • Timestamps and delivery metadata

No information is collected from any third party. No mailing lists, marketing databases, or contact information is gathered through this service.

Use of Information

Information is used solely to:

  • Deliver responses from the AI assistant to the account owner
  • Maintain functionality, reliability, and security of the service
  • Comply with legal obligations and carrier requirements

Sharing of Information

Information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The following limited disclosures may occur:

  • To Twilio Inc., as the underlying SMS infrastructure provider
  • To mobile carriers, as required to deliver messages
  • To service providers strictly necessary to operate the assistant
  • As required by law, subpoena, or other legal process

Data Retention

Message logs may be retained for operational, debugging, and compliance purposes. Logs are not retained longer than necessary for these purposes.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and no warranty of absolute security is made.

Your Choices

Because the account owner is the sole recipient, opt-out is available at any time by replying STOP to the assistant number. Replying HELP returns service information.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
