Service Description

This is a personal AI assistant SMS service operated by Justin Barrett for his own personal use. The service is not offered to the general public and has a single authorized recipient (the account owner).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the account owner's use of the service. Typical usage is between one and twenty messages per day, though actual frequency may be higher or lower.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may charge for messages sent and received depending on the recipient's mobile plan. Justin Barrett is not responsible for carrier fees.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to the assistant number. After replying STOP, no further messages will be sent except for a final confirmation. To resubscribe, reply START.

For help, reply HELP to the assistant number. Help responses include service identification and opt-out instructions.

Acceptable Use

The service is for personal use by the account owner only. The account owner agrees not to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or harmful content, or to violate any applicable law or carrier policy.

No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Justin Barrett does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justin Barrett shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the service.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
